Kimbo keeps 2 cameras around most of the time so that she's always ready to capture anything and everything that strikes her fancy. She also makes video whenever the chance arises. Kimbo says, "Life is worth documenting. Take photos!!!!"

"Rolling Along"

(below)

8 X 10 sepia toned photograph (not for sale/from the artist's personal collection)

This piece was selected to be a part of the juried exhibit:

5th Annual Juried Photography Competition presented in conjunction with Atlanta Celebrates Photography 10

Every October, Arts Clayton proudly participates in the Atlanta Celebrates Photography Festival and hosts the Annual Juried Photography Show and Competition.  Now in its fifth year, Georgia photographers are invited to submit their very best work to the annual competition.

Because of her love of mixed mediums and her background in Graphic Design, Kimbo has been able to take her photography and combine it with other materials and digital applications to create a style that's all her own. Her style is so varied that she cannot even begin label it. Kimbo will continue to work and experiment in order to come up with unique, original pieces for herself and her clients for many years to come. She's excited to consider what her work will be like in the future. Only time will tell and until then, Kimbo will work for the genuine love of it all.
